Following thorough evaluation, Los Diques of Cartago provice emerged as the ​perfect community, possessing the essential traits for the success of Lifting Hands.

Little did we know that the community we were about to engage with would be filled with ​hard-working, appreciative individuals with immense potential. Having spent eighteen ​months collaborating with over a hundred boys, girls, teenagers, and adults from Los Diques, ​we have unequivocally affirmed our commitment to changing the lives of these individuals. ​Your support is crucial in this transformative journey!

With Garnier's support (a local developer), we have crafted a budget-friendly project plan ​utilizing two containers gifted by Maersk. This innovative project opens the door for our ​recipients to envision a brighter future. The blueprint includes two bathrooms, a kitchen, two ​psychology offices, five classrooms, a green area, and even a small field. The design ​showcases how the architects optimized the space to make the most of every square meter ​available.
